Rules & Regulations

竞赛规则/Rules：

执行最新版世界麻将组织颁发的“麻将竞赛规则”。每局比赛90分钟、标准分计分按“4，2，1，0”统一执行。 Implement the latest version of the “Rules of Mahjong Competition” issued by the World Mahjong Organization. Each game lasts 90 minutes, and the standard points are scored according to “4, 2, 1, 0”.

竞赛方法：

共八局，第一局由电脑随机排位，其他七局按总排名排位。 A total of eight sessions, the first session will be seated randomly by the computer, and the other seven sessions will be seated according to the overall ranking. 来自同一团队和家庭的选手有可能多次同桌，发生这种情况时，该团队或家庭必须在该局开始前声明，以便大家监督，保证公平竞赛。 Players from the same team or family may share the same table multiple times. When this happens, the team or family must declare before the game starts, so that everyone can supervise and ensure fair competition.

7th MCR Open Competition Canada

本届公开赛是由加拿大国标麻将协会组织的第七届大型的国标麻将(Mahjong Competition Rules (MCR))比赛,也是2020年疫情以来加拿大国标麻将协会组织的首次实体麻将比赛。本届公开赛仍然采用世界麻将组织颁布的国际《麻将竞赛规则》，将通过八局比赛决出个人和团体的优胜者，予以奖励，并且颁发相应的奖杯，奖章和证书。

This Open is the seventh large-scale Mahjong Competition Rules (MCR) competition organized by the Canadian MCR Sprots Association, and it is also the first physical Mahjong competition organized since the 2020 epidemic. This year’s Open still adopts the international “Rules of Mahjong Competition” promulgated by the World Mahjong Organization. Individual and team winners will be determined through eight games, rewarded, and corresponding trophies, medals and certificates will be issued.

公开赛主办方简介/Introduction to the host

2015年初成立的加拿大国标麻将协会，传承了前加拿大麻将协会的理念，就是“来自社区、服务社区”以任何非营利的方式推广社区健康、科学、友好的麻将活动，促进社区的融洽与和谐。

The Canada MCR Sports Association established in early 2015 has inherited the concept of the former Canadian Mahjong Association, which is to “come from the community and serve the community” to promote healthy, scientific and friendly mahjong activities in the community in any non-profit way, and to promote harmony in the community.

多年来, 在协会的组织推动下，大多地区众多国标麻将俱乐部活动踊跃。耆乐、北斗、東方、喜乐年华、红枫晚霞和欢乐人生、Downtown俱乐部、密密麻麻、枫华源麻将俱乐部和多伦多联合俱乐部的成员们都积极参加国标麻将各类常规赛和争先赛；更值得一提的是加拿大国标麻将在线比赛组委会因地制宜，借助网络平台，组织了多届网络比赛。尤其是疫情期间,我们连续三年持续不断地开展线上的周赛和季度联赛,为被封在家里的麻将朋友送去了关怀和温暖。2023年初,我们和Gifted People Services联合举办了迎春赛,我们希望通过合作，唤起社会和公众更多对残障儿童的关注和帮助。

Over the years, under the organization and promotion of the Association, many national standard mahjong clubs have been active in many areas.Members of Qile, Beidou, Dongfang, Xile Nianhua, Hongfeng Wanxia and Happy Life, Downtown Club, Mimima, Fenghuayuan Mahjong Club and Toronto United Club actively participated in various regular games and competitions of national standard mahjong; It is mentioned that the Organizing Committee of the Canadian National Standard Mahjong Online Competition has organized several online competitions based on local conditions and with the help of the network platform.Especially during the epidemic, we have continued to carry out online weekly games and quarterly leagues for three consecutive years, sending care and warmth to mahjong friends who are confined at home.At the beginning of 2023, we and Gifted People Services jointly organized the Spring Festival Competition. 2023年度季度赛–夏季赛8月31结束, 共有89位国标麻将爱好者参与比赛, 平均每人完成61局, 其中完成10局及以上的选手平均局数为77局, 根据比赛规则进入排名的选手须完成62局。

Ricky, Shirley和Bob分获前三名, 获得四到八名的选手依此为halleylam, Jing, Laimin，无番和和WarHorse。获单局最高分是Shirley(578), 单盘最高番的是古泽云(128)。

另外三位选手完成了最多局数, 获得了风尚奖。分别是sourpam(215), 古泽云(191), Wang Jian(181)。

2023年8月24日，“2023年度加拿大(第七届)国标麻将公开赛”筹备会04次会议在多伦多举行，与会人员积极讨论和发言，热烈讨论比赛相关事宜，大家对比赛规则、培训、奖励，人员替补，比赛时长，整体安排等问题进行了详细和热烈的讨论，整个筹备工作正在进一步推进中。

首届世界麻将运动会于北京时间2015年10月24日至28日在国际旅游岛三亚亚龙湾喜来登度假酒店进行。大赛采用国标麻将规则，何为国标麻将？它和传统地方麻将又有怎样的区别呢？比赛期间本次比赛中裁判段昊详细的向记者介绍了“国标麻将”。

　　国标麻将始于1998年

　　国际标准麻将，简称国标麻将，是麻将的一种玩法，其规则为中国国家体育总局于1998年7月所制定。其后在众多国际及国内麻将竞赛中应用，故被称为国标麻将。从1998年开始经过近20年的推广，国标麻将是世界范围内流传最广的麻将的规则，现在有30多个甚至更多的国家的选手进行国标麻将的比赛，除了国标麻将，目前在世界范围内日本麻将也是相对比较流行的麻将规则。

八番起胡极大的降低了运气成分

　　细心观察不难发现，竞技麻将牌手会把打出来的牌很整齐的码放好，6张牌一行整齐码放在自己的门前，更能方便其他的牌手根据对手出的牌进行防守，同时我们吃的牌碰的牌来源于哪一家，我们会通过牌型的码放来区分开，例如：把碰的牌三张中的中间那张横放，这样就表示是从对家碰的牌，我们竞技麻将每张牌都知道是从哪家打出来的，这是竞技麻将和我们平时打麻将最不同的地方。

　　“这个规则和平时生活中老百姓玩的麻将行牌规则（吃、碰、杠等）基本一样，其区别在于计分，要根据你胡的牌中有哪些番种来计分，国标麻将中的规则是8番起胡，手牌要凑够8番才能够胡牌，这是国标麻将竞技性最高的地方。”相比与地方麻将而言国标麻将有其严格的规则要求，8番起胡的标准也极大的降低了麻将的运气成分，更加考验牌手的技术和技巧。

完整的计分体系让麻将与赌博划清界限

　　民间麻将多半用钱来计分，这也让麻将从某种意义上与赌博归为一类，但是竞技麻将有其自己的一套完整的计分体系，合理的避免了麻将计分上的误区，段昊介绍说：“手牌刚好凑够八番才能胡牌，对选手来说是一个严峻的考验，其实说中国人打的传统麻将属于赌博，最主要的原因还是传统麻将没有合理的计分体系，往往我们家人打牌都是用钱来算分，竞技麻将有自己的计分体系，可以不通过钱来计分，这是竞技麻将与赌博的最大区别。”

普通人1至2天学会国标麻将规则

　　那么正常的麻将爱好者想学会国标麻将需要多长时间呢？段昊称：“参与国标麻将是很容易的，普通人拿到规则之后基本一、两天就能适应规则，如果有很懂规则的人教的话，基本2、3个小时就能掌握了，竞技麻将是一项入门容易精通很难的规则，开始接触国标麻将的人都会对81个番种到底是什么很好奇。”
